Residential IT Support

Home technology should make life easier — not turn every slow laptop, dead Wi-Fi corner, or new smart TV into a weekend project. My Level 4 Support helps households in Coconut Creek and communities throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties with practical, polite IT help.

We work Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Sunday CLOSED). Many issues are fixed remotely. When a visit makes more sense, we come to you, explain what we are doing, and leave things working the way you expect.

No jargon dump. No pressure to buy gear you do not need. Just clear answers for Macs, PCs, Wi-Fi, printers, backups, and everyday devices.

How We Help at Home

Grouped the way homeowners actually ask for help — with links to the full service pages.

Computers & Devices

  • Computer & laptop repair — slowdowns, virus and spyware removal, hardware checks, tune-ups
  • Printers, scanners, and everyday peripherals that will not connect
  • Honest advice when a repair still makes sense vs. when a replacement is smarter
  • Mac and Windows support in plain English

Internet & Home Network

  • Home Wi-Fi & networking — dead zones, router setup, guest networks
  • Coverage that reaches the back office, patio, and upstairs bedrooms
  • Help sorting ISP modem vs. your own router settings
  • Remote support for many software and account issues

Accounts, Files & Security

  • Data backup & recovery — photos, documents, and “everything was on that one drive”
  • Security basics — safer passwords, updates, antivirus, phishing red flags
  • Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, OneDrive, and Google Drive account help
  • Guidance so the whole household stays safer online

New Device & Smart-Home Setup

New PC, Mac, tablet, phone, printer, or smart TV? We set it up the right way the first time — accounts signed in, Wi-Fi connected, and the confusing first-run screens handled — so you can use the device instead of fighting it. See Device & Smart-Home Setup.

What a visit looks like

1. You call

Describe the problem — “Wi-Fi dies in the bedroom,” “laptop is crawling,” “new printer will not print.” We ask a few simple questions.

2. We pick remote or visit

If we can fix it securely over the internet, we do. If hardware, cabling, or dead zones need hands on site, we schedule a visit during Mon–Sat hours.

3. We fix and explain

We solve the issue, show you what changed, and leave short notes so you are not stuck next time the same thing happens.

4. Optional follow-up

Need a backup plan, mesh Wi-Fi, or help for a second computer? We outline options without pushing extras you did not ask for.

Privacy-Minded Support

Your home is personal. We treat photos, email, banking bookmarks, and family devices with care. Practical security — stronger passwords, timely updates, antivirus basics, and clear advice — keeps the household safer without turning your living room into a server room.

We do not need more access than the job requires, and we explain what we are changing before we change it.

Common Questions

Do I need to bring my computer somewhere?

Usually no. Many issues are fixed remotely. When hands-on help is better, we can come to you in Coconut Creek and nearby communities during Monday–Saturday hours. Drop-off can be arranged when that is simpler for you.

Can you help if I'm not technical at all?

Yes. We explain options in plain English, show you what we are doing, and never assume you already know the jargon. That is normal for most of our home clients.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Sunday is CLOSED. We are not a 24/7 shop — we focus on reliable help during the hours most households actually need it.

Can most problems be fixed remotely?

Many can — email, software, slowdowns, and account issues especially. Wi-Fi dead zones, new hardware, and some repairs are better on-site, and we will tell you which makes sense before we start.

Do you work on both Mac and Windows?

Yes. We support Macs and PCs for everyday home use — performance, accounts, printers, and common software — with the same plain-English approach either way.

Can you set up a new computer or smart TV?

Yes. See Device & Smart-Home Setup. We handle first-run setup, Wi-Fi, accounts, and the basics so the device is ready for daily use.
