When a home computer crawls, fills with pop-ups, or will not turn on, big-box counters often leave you waiting without a clear answer. My Level 4 Support diagnoses the real problem first and explains it in plain English before we touch anything.
We repair and tune Windows PCs and Macs for households and small offices around Coconut Creek and Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. Hours are Monday–Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Sunday is CLOSED.
No jargon dump. No unnecessary upsells. If a repair still makes sense, we say so. If a replacement is the smarter spend, we say that too.

How we deliver
Remote: Many slowdowns, malware cleanups, and software issues are fixed over a secure remote session.
On-site / drop-off: Hardware failures, liquid damage checks, and some upgrades need hands on the machine. We can visit or arrange drop-off during Mon–Sat hours.

Do I have to bring the computer to you?
Not always. Remote fixes cover a lot. When we need the machine in person, we schedule a visit or drop-off during Monday–Saturday hours.
Can you save my files first?

Mac and Windows?
Yes. We support both for everyday home and small-office use.
Will you push a new computer on me?
Only if repair cost and age make replacement the wiser option — and we will show you the math in plain terms.
