Backups You Can Actually Restore
“Everything lives on one computer” works until the drive fails, the laptop is stolen, or ransomware locks the folder. My Level 4 Support builds simple backup plans for Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties homes and small offices — and helps recover data when something already went wrong.
We focus on backups that get tested, not software that sits unopened. Hours are Monday–Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Whether you need cloud backup, a local drive rotation, or help pulling files off a failing disk, we explain the options in plain English.
What's Included
- Backup planning for home photos/documents or small-office files
- Cloud backup setup (OneDrive, Google Drive, business backup tools as appropriate)
- Local backup drives with a schedule people will follow
- Verification that a restore actually works
- Recovery attempts from failing drives and accidental deletes when feasible
- Guidance after ransomware or malware when files may still be saved
- Documentation of what is backed up and where
The problem this solves
People assume a copy exists until the day it does not. External drives that never leave the desk and cloud sync that nobody understands are not a plan.
We put a restore-tested backup in place so a failed computer is an inconvenience — not the loss of years of records or family photos.
Who it's for
Homeowners protecting photos and tax documents, and small businesses that cannot afford to lose client files, billing data, or shared drives.
How we deliver
Remote: Cloud backup setup and many restore tests are remote during Mon–Sat hours.
On-site: Failing hardware, local drive setup, and office server/NAS checks often need a visit.

FAQ
Is cloud sync the same as backup?
Not always. Sync can mirror a bad delete or ransomware change. We explain the difference and set up real versioned backups when you need them.
Can you recover a drive that already failed?
Sometimes. We assess first and are honest if professional lab recovery is the better path — we will not pretend every disk is savable.
How often should backups run?
For most small offices and active home computers, daily automated backups are the practical baseline. We tune that to how often your files change.
Do you only help businesses?
No. Homes and small offices both need backups. The tools differ; the goal is the same — a restore that works.
Worried your files live in one place?
Tell us where your important documents and photos live today. We will outline a simple backup plan you can stick with.
